Remembrance Day Poster

-Fruit/Veg Head (George the squash)

In my Remembrance Day poster I tried to incorporate Canada. I had a picture of Canadian Troops receiving their rifles. I also had a fighter plane flying in behind them, and the sky was turned into a Canadian flag.

PhotoGrid

I started out picking the squash as my base layer for the fruit/veg head. Then, I thought of other fruits or vegetables that I could use that would look good for different parts of the face, for example the potato as the nose.

For my photogrid, I combined the elements of line and repetition. I used the same picture three times in the grid to show repetition. To show line, I made sure that all of the pictures were of lines and that they all had lines in them.
